Eastleigh Area Schools' Orchestras (EASO) have a membership of friendly, enthusiastic and committed young musicians between the ages of 6 and 18.

Opportunities for all
Playing together is a great social, as well as educational, activity.

The string group (EASTO) is conducted by Sue Leonard, assisted by Anna Sadlowska.
The wind group (EAWO) conducted by Gabrielle Horne, assisted by Ben Kill.

Both groups take players from approximately stage / grade one upwards. We have regular concerts at the end of each term at Thornden.

In addition we have an annual trip to Avon Tyrrell for a weekend of music making and outdoor activities - this year 7 - 9 June 2013.

Rehearsals are on Mondays during term time at the fabulous Thornden School Concert Hall from 5.30pm to 6.45pm.
