Opportunities for all
Playing together is a great social, as well as educational, activity.

We have had some new members over the past few weeks. Please ensure you have the EASO yellow polo shirt, which can be obtained from the Friends of EASO. They organise the refreshment break, so speak to one of them. You will need a refundable deposit of 5.00.

Summer Concert Monday 27 June 7.00pm

This is the main event of the term. In honour of the Queen's 90th birthday, we will be celebrating in style, with a red, white and blue theme and some 'royal' music - there will be a couple of appropriate pieces performed and it is hoped the players have something red, white and blue to wear/drape on their instruments. Flags for waving would also be good

All groups will be performing in the concert. We will also have young players from 5 primary schools, who are coming together for the second time, to create "OrchFest". This means a lot of young musicians on stage and in dressing rooms. Anyone who can offer help, particularly setting up at 4.45pm, would be greatly appreciated.
